It's no secret that I wanted to get my boobs fixed. By that, I mean I wanted them rounder, firmer, straighter. To be frank, my natural breasts looked like cow udders. There wasn't much difference between my boobs and a dick with severe alcohol intoxication - sagging and disappointing. It got worse still after I began training my butt obsessively at the gym; I lost a few pounds here and there, but my C-cup melted down to a B. That was the final straw, and I decided to get them enhanced with 300cc saline implants under the muscles. At first I was pretty happy with the results, especially as my breasts weren't hanging like deflated balloons any more; but after a year the inflammation was gone and, since my skin is very thin, the saline implants caused a lot of rippling. So I got back under the knife and this time went for silicone gel to avoid ripples and doubled the ccs to make me a very happy 32DD.
Lots of you asked if I had surgery to enhance my career, but the answer is no. I'm not bullshitting you. Living with tiny, sagging boobs was not an option for me. Did it help my career? Of course! After all, who wants to see a covergirl with floppy tits? It might sound superficial to people who preach "Love yourself the way you are", but screw you! Why is it OK to wear braces or get your eyes lasered, but not get your nose, lips or boobs tweaked? Still, if you're having surgery it must be for the right reason: yourself. Not your career, not your boyfriend, not your mummy; only yourself.
I love my new breasts and have no regrets, but not a single day passes without judgemental comments from girls laughing at me or guys wolf-whistling. You've got to be ready for that, too.
So remember this: advice from friends and models is useful but, at the end of the day, only you truly know if you should get plastic surgery or not.
