Let's face it, videogame adaptation Resident Evil: Apocalypse was an unmitigated disaster. Consequently, hopes for this final instalment in the trilogy were extremely low. However, in the hands of Highlander's Russell Mulcahy, the zombie road movie - which sees ass-kicking goddess Milla Jovovich hook up with survivalist convoy in the desert, and set about taking out the Umbrella Corporation, who are hell-bent on domesticating the living-dead - actually rocks.
