"I have been an artist since I was born. I was always creating art work as a child, drawing animals and still life. After time I developed my own unique dark art style. Drawing and painting gothic, creepy art became my thing. After years of making paintings that I kept in the closet for safe keeping, I decided that I wanted to create something you could hold and take places with you. Something that wasn't hidden away. So I began creating dolls. After my first doll was made I knew that this would be the new form of art that I was looking for.

All of my dolls are created without the use of molds or doll patterns. My dolls are hand made and hand painted. I use polymer clay baked at the proper temperatures set by the manufacturer to ensure a long life. I paint each doll with acrylics and then seal them with a matte varnish. Each doll body is made out of cotton with a lightweight polyester filling.

I love watching my babies come to life by creating the dolls clothing and personality. But what I really like the most about my work is the feedback I get from others. This is what makes me continue with my art. If it makes others happy, it makes me happy.
